Smart Poll helps teams create polls in Slack, collect responses, and view analytics dashboards. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data We Collect

• Workspace and account metadata needed to operate the app (for example team id, channel id, user id).
• Poll content created by admins, including titles, descriptions, settings, and questions.
• Participant responses and interaction timestamps.
• Operational logs and diagnostics required for reliability and abuse prevention.

How We Use Data

• To deliver the Smart Poll product features requested by your workspace.
• To generate summaries, insights, and dashboard visualizations.
• To maintain security, prevent spam, and troubleshoot incidents.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that help us run Smart Poll under contractual safeguards.

Data Retention

Poll data is retained while your workspace uses Smart Poll, and may be deleted upon valid workspace owner request, subject to legal and security obligations.
