Service Description

Smart Poll provides Slack-native polls, surveys, and dashboard analytics features for teams and organizations.

Account and Workspace Responsibilities

• You are responsible for permissions and app installation decisions in your Slack workspace.
• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and Slack platform rules.
• You are responsible for content submitted by your users through polls and responses.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Smart Poll to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse users, or attempt unauthorized access.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or modify Smart Poll features over time. We may suspend service temporarily for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Fees

Smart Poll is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future with prior notice.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Smart Poll is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
